Getting there

Air - South Shields is 15 miles away from Newcastle Airport. From there the Metro service runs into the very centre of South Shields.

Train - Newcastle Central Station runs regular services to London, Edinburgh, the Midlands and the West. The Metro service also runs from the station to central South Shields.

Road - The A1 (M) leads almost all the way to South Shields before linking with the A194 which completes the journey.
